Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of The Aisle, owned and operated by Kelsy Cook, LLC d/b/a The Aisle ("The Aisle," "we," "our," or "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and all other applicable policies.
Failure to comply may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.
1. Purpose
This Policy exists to protect:
- Our users
- Our technology
- Our marketplace
- Our intellectual property
- The integrity of the Platform
Users must access and use The Aisle only for lawful and authorized purposes.
2. Lawful Use
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
You may not use the Platform to facilitate or promote unlawful conduct.
3. Unauthorized Access
You may not:
- Attempt to access accounts belonging to other users.
- Attempt to bypass authentication or security measures.
- Guess, steal, or misuse passwords.
- Circumvent account permissions.
- Access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform.
4. Hacking & Security
Users may not:
- Hack or attempt to hack the Platform.
- Reverse engineer any software.
- Decompile Platform code.
- Interfere with Platform infrastructure.
- Launch denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- Upload malicious software.
- Upload viruses, worms, ransomware, or spyware.
- Introduce harmful code designed to disrupt the Platform.
5. Automated Access
Unless expressly authorized in writing by The Aisle, users may not:
- Use bots.
- Use automated scripts.
- Scrape data from the Platform.
- Mine Platform content.
- Mirror Platform pages.
- Harvest user information.
- Crawl the Platform using automated tools.
- Use automated systems to submit proposals or create listings.
Reasonable indexing by recognized search engines is permitted where allowed by our robots.txt configuration.
6. Account Misuse
You may not:
- Share your account with another person.
- Sell or transfer your account.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass Platform limits.
- Use fake identities.
- Register accounts using false information.
- Impersonate another individual or business.
Each account must represent one real user or one legitimate business.
7. Platform Abuse
Users may not:
- Interfere with another user's experience.
- Disrupt Platform operations.
- Circumvent subscription requirements.
- Manipulate Platform rankings or search results.
- Attempt to artificially influence reviews.
- Abuse promotional offers.
- Abuse free trials, if offered.
- Use the Platform for spam or mass solicitation.
8. Content Restrictions
You may not upload or distribute content that:
- Violates the law.
- Infringes copyrights or trademarks.
- Contains malware.
- Contains malicious code.
- Is fraudulent.
- Promotes violence.
- Promotes hate or discrimination.
- Contains unlawful pornography or exploitative material.
- Violates another person's privacy.
- Misrepresents your services.
The Aisle may remove content at its discretion.
9. Commercial Misuse
You may not use The Platform to:
- Build a competing marketplace using Platform data.
- Copy business listings.
- Copy wedding listings.
- Republish Platform content without permission.
- Sell user information.
- Harvest email addresses.
- Conduct market research using unauthorized automated methods.
The Aisle reserves all rights to its marketplace data and compilation.
10. Intellectual Property
Users may not:
- Copy Platform designs.
- Copy branding.
- Copy logos.
- Copy software.
- Copy source code.
- Reproduce substantial portions of the Platform.
- Remove copyright notices.
- Misuse trademarks belonging to The Aisle.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
11. Monitoring & Enforcement
To protect the Platform and its users, The Aisle may:
- Monitor Platform activity.
- Investigate suspected violations.
- Restrict Platform access.
- Remove content.
- Suspend accounts.
- Permanently terminate accounts.
- Preserve evidence of misuse.
- Cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
We are not obligated to monitor all activity but reserve the right to do so.
12. Reporting Security Issues
If you discover a security vulnerability, we encourage responsible disclosure.
Please report security concerns promptly to:

Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address them.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.
Material updates will be reflected by updating the Effective Date and, when appropriate, providing notice through the Platform or by email.
Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
