Couple Agreement

This Couple Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of The Aisle, owned and operated by Kelsy Cook, LLC d/b/a The Aisle ("The Aisle," "we," "our," or "us"), as an individual seeking wedding photography, videography, content creation, or related wedding services.
By creating an account, posting a wedding, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other applicable policies.
1. Eligibility
To use The Aisle as a Couple, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least eighteen (18) years old.
- Have the legal authority to enter into agreements.
- Will provide truthful and accurate information.
- Will comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
2. About The Aisle
The Aisle is an online marketplace that connects couples with independent wedding professionals.
The Aisle is not:
- A photography, videography, or content creation company.
- A wedding planner.
- A talent agency.
- An employer of wedding professionals.
- A party to any agreement between users.
Professionals listed on the Platform operate their own independent businesses.
3. Wedding Listings
You are responsible for the accuracy of every wedding listing you create.
Listings may include information such as:
- Wedding date.
- Wedding location.
- Budget.
- Venue.
- Wedding description.
- Coverage needs.
- Style preferences.
- Inspiration photos.
You agree not to:
- Post false or misleading information.
- Create duplicate listings.
- Use the Platform for advertising unrelated services.
- Post unlawful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
The Aisle may remove listings that violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service.
4. Receiving Proposals
Professionals may choose to submit proposals in response to your wedding listing.
The Aisle does not guarantee:
- A minimum number of proposals.
- That any proposal will meet your expectations.
- That professionals will be available.
- That professionals will respond.
- That pricing will fit your budget.
You are solely responsible for evaluating proposals and deciding whether to move forward with any professional.
5. Hiring a Professional
When you choose to hire a professional through or after using The Aisle, you acknowledge that:
- The decision is yours alone.
- You are responsible for reviewing portfolios, pricing, contracts, insurance, reviews, and qualifications.
- You should carefully read any contract before signing.
- You should ask questions if any terms are unclear.
The Aisle strongly encourages couples to perform their own due diligence before hiring any professional.
6. Payments
The Aisle does not process payments for wedding services between couples and professionals.
Any payments for wedding services are made directly between you and the professional unless otherwise stated.
The Aisle is not responsible for:
- Deposits.
- Final payments.
- Refunds.
- Chargebacks.
- Payment disputes.
- Financing arrangements.
- Billing errors made by professionals.
Any financial dispute relating to wedding services must be resolved directly between you and the professional.
7. Contracts
Any agreement for wedding services exists solely between you and the professional you hire.
The Aisle is not:
- A party to your contract.
- Responsible for negotiating contract terms.
- Responsible for enforcing contracts.
- Responsible for interpreting contract language.
You are encouraged to keep copies of all signed agreements.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation policies vary by professional.
You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the professional's cancellation, refund, postponement, and rescheduling policies before entering into an agreement.
The Aisle is not responsible for losses resulting from cancellations, postponements, scheduling conflicts, or changes to wedding plans.
9. Reviews
If reviews are available, you agree to leave reviews that are:
- Honest.
- Based on your personal experience.
- Respectful.
- Free from knowingly false statements.
You may not:
- Post fake reviews.
- Threaten reviews to obtain discounts or refunds.
- Post reviews on behalf of another person.
- Create multiple accounts to influence ratings.
The Aisle reserves the right to remove reviews that violate its policies.
10. User Conduct
You agree to use The Platform respectfully and professionally.
You may not:
- Harass professionals.
- Discriminate against users.
- Submit fraudulent wedding listings.
- Misrepresent your wedding.
- Impersonate another individual.
- Attempt to manipulate reviews.
- Circumvent Platform rules.
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
11. Privacy
Your use of The Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
You understand that certain information included in your wedding listing may be shared with professionals so they can determine whether to submit a proposal.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in your listing.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
The Aisle provides a platform for introductions between couples and independent professionals.
The Aisle does not guarantee:
- The quality of services.
- Wedding outcomes.
- Professional conduct.
- Availability.
- Completion of contracted work.
- Compatibility between users.
- Satisfaction with services.
You understand that hiring decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
13. Suspension & Termination
The Aisle may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate this Agreement.
- Violate the Terms of Service.
- Engage in fraud.
- Harass other users.
- Submit false information.
- Abuse Platform features.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
The Aisle may also remove wedding listings or other content that violates its policies.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date above and, when appropriate, providing notice through the Platform or by email.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
