Terms of Service and Professional Agreement
Terms of Service
Effective September 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of The Aisle, operated by Kelsy Cook, LLC d/b/a The Aisle ("The Aisle," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
1. About The Aisle
The Aisle is an online marketplace designed to connect engaged couples with wedding professionals, including photographers, videographers, and content creators.
The Platform allows couples to post details about their wedding and receive proposals from professionals who choose to submit offers for the opportunity.
The Aisle is not:
- a wedding vendor,
- a staffing agency,
- an employer,
- an event planner,
- a travel agency,
- a booking agency,
- a payment processor for wedding services, or
- a party to any agreement made between users.
The Aisle only provides technology that allows users to connect.
Any contract, payment, cancellation, refund, dispute, or legal obligation relating to wedding services exists solely between the couple and the professional.
2. Eligibility
To use The Aisle you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
- The information you provide is truthful and accurate.
- You will maintain accurate account information.
- You will comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.
Businesses creating accounts represent that the individual creating the account has authority to bind that business.
The Aisle may suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or otherwise violates these Terms.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to:
- create only one account unless otherwise authorized by The Aisle;
- keep your password secure;
- notify us immediately of unauthorized access;
- provide accurate contact information;
- promptly update information when it changes.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not you personally authorized that activity.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that:
- violate these Terms;
- engage in fraudulent activity;
- impersonate another individual or business;
- create security risks;
- interfere with operation of the Platform; or
- are otherwise determined, in our sole discretion, to negatively affect The Aisle or its users.
4. How The Platform Works
For Couples
Couples may create wedding listings describing their wedding date, location, budget, desired services, and other information that may assist professionals in deciding whether to submit a proposal.
Couples understand that receiving proposals is not guaranteed.
Professionals independently decide which weddings they wish to pursue.
For Professionals
Professionals may purchase subscriptions that allow access to Platform features, including the ability to submit proposals for wedding opportunities.
Professional subscriptions provide access to opportunities—not guaranteed leads, inquiries, bookings, or revenue.
Each professional is solely responsible for:
- determining pricing;
- communicating with couples;
- entering into contracts;
- collecting payment;
- delivering services;
- complying with applicable laws;
- maintaining licenses, permits, and insurance where required.
Professionals are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of The Aisle.
5. Professional Subscriptions
Certain features of The Platform require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
Subscription fees are earned when charged and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Subscription benefits may change from time to time as The Platform evolves.
The Aisle reserves the right to:
- modify subscription pricing;
- add or remove subscription features;
- discontinue subscription plans;
- offer promotional pricing to some users;
- limit subscriptions in certain geographic regions.
Reasonable notice will be provided before material pricing changes affecting existing subscribers.
Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access to professional features.
6. Wedding Listings
Couples are responsible for ensuring that all information included in a wedding listing is accurate, complete, and truthful.
By posting a wedding listing, you represent that:
- You are genuinely seeking wedding services.
- The wedding date, location, and event details are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Your stated budget reflects your current expectations.
- Any photos, inspiration images, or other content you upload are owned by you or used with permission.
- You will not knowingly provide false or misleading information.
The Aisle reserves the right to remove or edit wedding listings that:
- contain false information;
- violate applicable law;
- infringe another person's intellectual property;
- contain offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content;
- are duplicates or spam; or
- otherwise violate these Terms.
Posting a wedding does not guarantee that professionals will submit proposals.
7. Professional Proposals
Professionals are solely responsible for every proposal they submit through The Aisle.
Each proposal must accurately represent:
- pricing;
- availability;
- travel fees;
- services included;
- turnaround times;
- experience;
- portfolio examples; and
- any additional terms offered by the professional.
Professionals agree not to:
- submit misleading pricing;
- intentionally underbid with the expectation of increasing prices later without disclosure;
- falsely represent experience or credentials;
- submit proposals for dates they are unavailable;
- impersonate another business or photographer;
- upload portfolio work they did not create or are not authorized to use; or
- present AI-generated images as genuine client work if doing so would reasonably mislead couples.
Professionals understand that submitting a proposal does not create a contract with the couple.
A binding agreement exists only when both parties independently agree to work together.
8. Messaging Between Users
The Aisle provides messaging tools solely to facilitate communication between couples and professionals.
Messaging is available only after the platform's proposal access requirements have been satisfied.
Users agree that all communication through The Aisle will remain:
- respectful;
- professional;
- truthful; and
- related to legitimate wedding services.
Users may not use messaging to:
- harass another user;
- threaten or intimidate others;
- discriminate based on protected characteristics;
- send spam or unsolicited advertising;
- distribute malware or harmful links;
- impersonate another individual;
- engage in fraudulent activity; or
- violate any applicable law.
The Aisle reserves the right—but is not obligated—to investigate reports of abusive or inappropriate communications and may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this section.
9. Payments
Professional subscription payments are processed through Stripe or another authorized payment processor.
The Aisle does not collect, hold, process, or distribute payments for wedding services between couples and professionals.
Professionals and couples are solely responsible for:
- negotiating payment terms;
- entering into service agreements;
- collecting payment;
- issuing refunds;
- resolving payment disputes;
- handling cancellations; and
- complying with applicable tax laws.
The Aisle is not responsible for:
- unpaid invoices;
- chargebacks;
- bounced payments;
- fraud committed by users;
- breach of contract between users; or
- any financial loss arising from agreements made outside the Platform.
10. Reviews & Ratings
The Aisle may allow users to leave reviews or ratings regarding their experiences with other users.
Reviews must:
- be truthful;
- be based on genuine first-hand experiences;
- comply with applicable law; and
- not contain defamatory, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language.
Users may not:
- submit fake reviews;
- pay for reviews;
- offer incentives in exchange for reviews;
- threaten negative reviews to obtain discounts or refunds;
- create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings; or
- post reviews unrelated to an actual interaction.
The Aisle reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The Aisle does not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated reviews.
11. Prohibited Conduct
While using The Platform, users may not:
- create fake accounts;
- create fake wedding listings;
- submit fraudulent proposals;
- impersonate another individual or business;
- misrepresent qualifications or experience;
- upload copyrighted material without authorization;
- scrape or copy Platform data using automated tools;
- attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform;
- upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code;
- use bots or automated systems without written permission;
- attempt to bypass subscription requirements;
- share subscription accounts;
- interfere with another user's use of the Platform;
- engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threats;
- engage in unlawful conduct;
- violate another person's privacy; or
- encourage others to violate these Terms.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
12. Intellectual Property

The Aisle reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

The Aisle respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe material appearing on The Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright notice containing:

- a statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized;

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into agreements.
The Aisle strongly recommends that couples independently review portfolios, references, contracts, insurance, and other relevant information before hiring a professional.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and The Aisle agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law or where either party seeks injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
You and The Aisle each waive the right to:
