Sofia & Alice
Savannah, Georgia
We are planning a full wedding weekend in Savannah with the main events on September 4. The ceremony is at a church downtown, followed by a trolley to Soho South and a second line into cocktail hour. Dinner will be family-style and we expect about 148 guests. For photography, we like candid family coverage with a small amount of film-inspired portrait work. It is important to us to have photographs with each grandparent. We also need video coverage of the ceremony, second line, and reception. The DJ will be working with a bilingual, mixed-age crowd; the music list includes Latin songs, Italian family favorites, soul, disco, and current dance music. We will send names, pronunciations, and priority songs in advance.

Denver photo and video teams: ceremony in the Moss courtyard, dinner indoors, all within one venue. The room will be moody with greenery and rust-colored flowers. We like editorial portraits and flash photography, then candid coverage once guests arrive. For video, natural audio and a clean edit are the priorities. Local teams preferred.

Video and content creator needed for July 10. We have about 225 guests, but the schedule is simple: ceremony at 4:00, dinner at 6:00, band at 8:00. Several relatives cannot attend, so the ceremony and speeches are the main reason we want video. Content coverage should be mostly guest reactions and the dance floor. Photo and music are already booked.

Naperville, Illinois
Looking for a photographer and DJ for Mesón Sabika. The ceremony is outdoors, dinner is tapas-style, and dancing ends at 11:00. We are including a few Indian and American traditions, all on the same day. Photography should feel br[redacted contact] and natural without washing out the colors. For music, we need English and Hindi announcements and a mix of Bollywood, Punjabi, 1990s/2000s songs, and current dance music.

Chicago, Illinois
Photography and video needed for Greenhouse Loft. We will have about 190 guests, with getting ready split between two nearby hotels. First look is planned for 2:30 and the ceremony begins at 5:00. We are putting together a limited family-photo list so that we can still attend cocktail hour. After portraits, candid coverage is the priority. Before booking, we would like to see at least one complete gallery with mixed skin tones and an indoor reception, plus a full ceremony or speech sample for video.

Searching for a videographer for May 15 at Maxwell Mansion. Photography is already covered. We like old home movies and are interested in Super 8, but the full ceremony and speeches still need clean, reliable audio. Coverage would begin at the first look and continue through the first part of dancing, around e[redacted contact] hours total.
